Respected Ms. Murcia:
Two years ago, I bought the vacation program DP0250 in Decameron Panaca, which contain 750 points, in the contract clauses says that i can consume 75 points each year and i have right to use all the Decameron´s hotels, the date doesn´t mind.
Still i haven´t used the Decameron service because never it´s available, the customer service who speak with my always affirm that all the hotels are full but i call to the hotel and there say me that they can give me booking.
The thing I can´t understand is the advantage that i have with the plan. You can check in your system the registered calls about my service contract and there you can see all my unsuccessful booking request.
For all this, I need you confirm me what´s the problem about my contract because the next month I´ll be on vacations and I would like to do them with Decameron and finally enjoying all the paid money during this years.
